Girls in 4th-6th grade are invited to join a time of Bible study and Fellowship on Friday afternoons throughout the fall semester. Study will meet from 4:30-5:30pm on the following dates: 11/15, 12/6. This study will take place at Gena Frahler’s house. This fall the girls will be studying the “I Am” statements of Jesus as well as learning the skills of volleyball and teamwork. Snack and drink will be provided. Please register Here. Children’s Sunday School classes are offered for children ages 3yrs-5th grade every Sunday from 9:00-9:45am in their respective classrooms. 3yrs-2nd grade meet in the children’s wing. 3rd-5th graders meet in the attic. The Biggest Story curriculum is used. Nursery is available for those birth-2yrs during the Sunday School hour.
Women of Redeemer will be studying the book of Hebrews using Jen Wilkin's Better: A Study of Hebrews. There are many different opportunities throughout the week to join a group. It is our desire for all at Redeemer to live in a community shaped by the gospel of grace. Community groups create a space for meaningful relationships to form and grow us as disciples of Christ. If you are a Christian, you are gifted by the Spirit to build up the church. Beginning Sunday, October 20th, we plan to spend four weeks understanding our spiritual gifts and how God may be calling us to use them in His Church. Middle school and older are welcome.
We are gathering the evening of Sunday, November 17 to learn together how to share our faith. The evening is designed to supplement our current sermon series “Sent: moving outward in mercy ministry, evangelism, and church planting.” The topic of evangelism will be addressed directly on November 10 and November 17. The sermons will leave us with questions such as “How do we actually go about sharing our faith in a post-everything world? Where do we begin? Are there helpful resources?” Through workshop style teaching with small group prayer following the evening is designed to help us with these questions. Dinner and childcare will be provided. Dinner begins at 5PM and training at 5:45PM. The evening will end at 7:30PM. Please click here to help us plan for dinner and childcare. On the evening of Sunday, December 8th, we’ll be having a Lessons & Carols musical event at 6PM in the sanctuary. An Adult Christmas Choir will be participating. For more information on this choir, including rehearsal schedule, please contact Greg Graf at gggraf@gmail.com.
Redeemer High Schoolers are invited to join a team of volunteers who will be serving with Samaritan’s Purse disaster relief efforts. We will be serving all day Saturday Nov. 2nd, and will meet at the Redeemer Church building at 6:30am. We will leave by 6:40 so we can make 8:00am orientation at the Billy Graham Center. Samaritan's Purse will provide all of the equipment for the work. Sack lunches will be provided by our church for all 30 volunteers. We will arrive back at Redeemer around 6:00pm for Pizza. Mark your calendar for the Chili Cook-off on October 27 at 5pm. This event is a great opportunity to enjoy fellowship together as a church family. To enter the Chili Cook-off competition, please submit your category (mild, spicy, or specialty) to Heather Karr at coachkarr@gmail.com by October 23.
We are planning on going to serve with Samaritans purse on Saturday October 26. If you are interested in going, please register to volunteer here. All materials will be provided. You will be responsible for packing your own lunch and transportation. We will try to carpool as much as possible. A senior lunch will be on Wednesday, October 23rd at 12pm, all who are 65 and older, or who consider themselves “senior”, are welcome to have lunch together here at Redeemer. FAM127 (foster families) will be sponsoring a Fall Picnic on Saturday, October 19th at 5 pm. The picnic will be at the large Picnic Shelter at Conestee Park. We will be providing fried chicken, drinks and dessert. Please bring a side to share. If you haven't joined us before, there are paved pathways and fields near the picnic shelter. As we consider reaching out to people with the gospel, we must pray for God to go before us. Please join us to pray for the gospel to bear fruit in our neighbor’s lives and around the world on Sunday, October 13 at 9am. We will meet in the classrooms next to the kitchen. Middle school and older are welcome.
We will be continuing our drive for disaster relief items until next Sunday, October 20. These items are being sent directly to our neighboring churches and families in North Carolina. Items needed include drinking water, baby diapers, baby formula and canned or dry good food products. There is also a rising need for distilled water for medical needs, and paper/disposable products such as disposable dinner ware, trash bags, and paper towels. There is a table in the lobby for donations.

Join us for our annual kickoff event, this year's theme, She-brews, based on our fall bible study of Jen Wilkin's book, Better, a study of Hebrews. We will gather together from 10am-12pm on Saturday, August 17th and brew up some fellowship and friendship as we learn more about one another and the study to begin in September. Brewed coffee and tea along with brunch will be provided, but no childcare, so please plan accordingly. RSVP Here.
A welcome back cookout for youth group students is scheduled for August 14th from 6:30-8pm. Immediately following the cookout there will be a parent meeting for both parents and students from 8-8:30pm in the sanctuary. It is time for Redeemer members to consider nominations for the offices of Deacon and Ruling Elder. The Lord Jesus Christ gifts and calls men to two offices with two distinct sets of gifts to serve his church. The gifts mirror Jesus’s personal ministry. Deacons are gifted to serve and meet the mercy needs of our church family. Elders are gifted to shepherd and provide oversight for our church family. We are hosting an evening of prayer and fellowship for the women at Redeemer on August 13. The prayer gathering will be held in the classrooms next to the kitchen from 7:30-9pm. Childcare will not be provided, but nursing babies are always welcome. Tea and dessert will be made available. We will be praying for our church and community as well as any personal needs that are shared.

Families with children are invited to join us on Thursday mornings from 10:30am-12:30pm for summer play dates at Paris Mountain State Park. Meet at Shelters 5 and 6. We will not meet on Thursday, July 4. There is an entry fee of $6 adults; $3.50/child aged 6-15; Free for children 5 and younger. Bring nets, shovels, buckets, etc. Wear swimsuits and water shoes to play in the creek. Parents are responsible for supervising their own children. Restrooms are available. All men are invited to hangout and fellowship over dinner on Sunday, June 9 at 6pm held at the church. We will also spend part of the evening reflecting on our study this semester over the book of 1 Peter.

North Greenville Crisis Ministry (NGCM) is one of the ways that Redeemer serves our neighbors in northern Greenville County. We are collecting the following items: hygiene items (shampoo, body wash, soap, toothpaste & brushes, combs, disposable diapers of all sizes etc.) There will be a table in the front lobby to receive these items on May 19 & 26th. Becoming more like Christ involves not only growing in your love for God but also growing in your love for people. Over the next few weeks, we will learn how to have God-glorifying relationships by discussing topics like listening, clarifying expectations, and resolving conflict. This class is scheduled to begin on Sunday, April 7 at 9am in the classrooms next to the kitchen. Sixth grade and older are welcome.
Join us for an Easter service at 10:00AM on Resurrection Sunday, March 31 as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior! Nursery (ages 0-3) and children’s church will be offered during the service.
Overflow Seating: On Easter Sunday there will be overflow seating with a livestream of the service in the classrooms next to the kitchen.

Preschool and Elementary children and their families are invited to join us for a Children’s Easter Party at Redeemer on Friday, March 29th, 2024 from 10:30am - 1:00pm. The Redeemer Arts Committee invites you to “Spring’s First Faint Stirrings”, a Redeemer visual arts event. This event will be held on Friday, March 8th from 7-9pm. Adults and college students are invited to enjoy light refreshments while viewing several pieces by three of our very own members. The theme of the evening will focus on hope in winter. The event will be held at the West Village Lofts at Brandon Mill at 25 Draper St. in Greenville. Street parking is available and there is a visitor lot on site. Please RSVP HERE. Our current adult Sunday School class is a 4-week class on financial stewardship. The Bible gives us wisdom regarding finances and teaches us how to use our money to the glory of God. Topics such as spending, tithing, and budgeting will be discussed. This class will meet in the classroom next to the kitchen at 9am. Sixth grade and older are welcome.
